A complete front-and-back property overhaul transforming every outdoor surface. The front yard gets a full driveway replacement in natural stone-look Belgard Origins Cheswick pavers with crisp Midnight borders, flowing from the street through to an elevated front entry with bullnose steps.
The backyard is reimagined around an expanded 14'×18' Trex composite deck with a wide 7'6" staircase flowing down to Summer Gold turf and Cheswick paver areas. Pergola-ready footings are built into the deck structure for future addition.
